[Feature request] Add in custom strategies

Similar to custom vulnerabilities, request to add in a feature for custom adversarial attacks.

Example: currently, built in adversarial attacks that are string perturbations are limited to
ROT13, leetspeak and base64 - but I’m looking for ability to expand to further string perturbations like https://arxiv.org/abs/2411.01084v2
