Sensors disappears and stays unavailable.

Hello,

Tried to integrate TV with default Smart Things integration and stumbled upon unknown states.
After your installed integration all states went to unknown and some of the sensors disappeared.

Tried this way to install:

1. Update Home assistant
2. Remove HACS smart things integration in HACS
3. Remove original smart thing integration under devices & services
4. Restart HA
5. Install HACS smart things integration
6. Install Original smart thing integration
7. Insert token
8. Restart HA
