macos release #558
Description
It might be easy and useful to have a macOS release among the releases.
- Easy because after ci: build and cache LLVM from source #552 building LLVM is now part of the workflow so we just have to add apple-clang to the jobs.
- Useful because the guys working on the website and Antora documentation styling are almost always working on macOS, and they're not able to easily render Antora docs that depend on the MrDocs collector at the moment.
