Cannot move or resize window on Debian 13 (GNOME 48, Wayland)

On Debian 13 (Trixie) running GNOME 48 under Wayland, I am unable to move or resize the ModernX window.

• There is no title bar (so no close / minimize / maximize buttons).

• There are no window borders to drag for resizing.

As a result, the window is stuck in place.

Here’s my modernx.conf:
