Analyse cases where the Tilda app stops receiving new requests and causes errors
Starting points:
-httpclient timeouts for calls to external apis (should probably be lowered to < 10 seconds)
-identify bottlenecks based on reqular successful requests and requests that time out
-apim policy tweaks (currently 250 per 30 seconds), maybe we could go 150 in 15? 50 in 5?
