OpenSSL for OS/2 #156

Description

@davidrg

Kermit 95 v2.1.2 had SSL support on OS/2 which means Kermit 95 v3.0 really should too. Ideally we'd have a version of OpenSSL that can be built with OpenWatcom enabling it to be cross-compiled from Linux or Windows.

Failing that it may be possible to build OpenSSL with GCC. For this we would really want a GCC that can cross-compile for OS/2 from Windows or Linux otherwise we'll have no way of doing automated builds.

OpenSSL is currently only used for telnet-ssl, ftps, https and ssh. If we can't get SSH going its probably not worth putting any significant effort into OpenSSL.
