Syntax highlighting not working with ST3

I'm on ST3 build 3114 with the Elm Language Support v0.16.3, but the syntax highlighting doesn't work at all in a file named App.elm. Could you check what could be the cause? It's driving me to use Atom which I don't really like... Thanks!
