Pull request overview
This PR adds "stable" to the secondary package mirror URL in the APT sources configuration to support the installation of official Docker CE packages (docker-ce, docker-cli, and containerd.io) which are hosted in the stable path of the ppas mirror.
Changes:
- Updated copyright year from 2020 to 2025

Problem
As part of updating docker packages to official packages docker-ce, we found out that the ppas secondary URL from the linux-pkg does not contain the stable path where docker-ce, docker-cli and containerd.io are hosted.

Solution
Added "stable" to the secondary URL, so that the docker-ce can be picked up after apt-get update.
