Add support for missing socket protocols

The following protocols in lsof are not yet supported in procfd, due to missing support in the procfs library:

• /proc/net/netlink
• /proc/net/icmp
• /proc/net/packet
• /proc/net/raw{,6}
• /proc/net/udplite{,6}
