Add Save & Run option

Control-S saves your file, using the last name. Control-R runs your file. How about a control-shift R that saves and runs your file, along with a control-shift W to save and compile?

I think that always asking for save before run is enough, and simpler for the user interface.

A toggle option to always save would be easier, but I don't know where you would save that option. Atariwriter used the first line of the file to save options for the file (margins, etc). Asking everytime would be annoying. :-)

At first I thought that a separate key sequence to do a save+compile, but the control-shift makes better sense. Maybe keep the current functionality and add another keysequence? People working on floppy will probably not want to save every time.
