Compatibility with .NETStandard,Version=v2.0 #3

Hi,
I'm trying to generate my IPA file and I'm getting this error below:
Package 'Xam.Plugin.PdfRasterizer 0.4.0' was restored using '.NETFramework,Version=v4.6.1' instead of the project target framework '.NETStandard,Version=v2.0'. This package may not be fully compatible with your project.
I really liked this plugin. Is there any plans to migrate to .NETStandard v2.0???
Sorry but I'm new in Xamarin and .Net.
