Arcade CI should not upload its entire bin folder in as a pipeline artifact #16579
Description
That one is huge and really doesn't make sense to upload. Packages + Logs is sufficient. Uploading that consumes a ton of space and adds ~5min of CI cost per job.
The test jobs need the bin directory but they could just build the repository again which takes 2-3 minutes these days.
