Issue description
In "Quickstart: Build your first .NET Aspire solution" doc, we need to make some updates to the instructions.

Issue1:

For Test the app locally section, documents shows that the Endpoints in ApiService should contain "/weatherforecast"

EXPECTED
The Aspire Dashboard Endpoints in Apiservice are showing two localhosts without the "/weatherforecast"
