Hide the soft input keyboard from a ContentPage

.NET 8 adds the HideSoftInputOnTapped property to ContentPage, which indicates whether tapping anywhere on the page will cause the soft input keyboard to hide on text input fields.

Add this property to the ContentPage doc.
