Maui Shell Title View Disappearing after navigating through tabs (ios & Android)

Prerequisite:

I have seen similar issues raised but they either specifically mention binding/ flyout or a certain platform.
If this has been fixed under a separate issue is it possible to know what release this is coming in? I can see this commit made but not sure completely if it fixes it #12888

Steps:

• Have more than one tab.
• Set each page to have a Shell.TitleView
• Navigate between the pages

Outcome:
The last page/tab that was navigated to will keep its contents in the title view all other tabs will lose their data. For the remained of the app's lifecycle.

I have seen this issue on both Android and iOS

We've moved this issue to the Backlog milestone. This means that it is not going to be worked on for the coming release. I have similar problem. I create 1 custom TitleView in AppShell and 2 tabs in tabbar. In Windows - it works good, but on Android, my TitleView is visible only on first tab. When i choose second tab - my TitleView disappearing, but if i choose first tab again - TitleView appearing.

I don't know if this will help find the problem, but I found that it's not one tab or the other. It's really a problem of every-other-visited-tab. I have 4 tabs, and I am able to see my button inside of <Shell.TitleView> for all of my tabs, but only if I have navigated to that tab from one that I was unable to see my button inside of <Shell.TitleView>.

Adding something to <Shell.TitleView> also removes the text I've placed inside my Title="" property of my Tab inside my Tabbar.

Verified this issue with Visual Studio Enterprise 17.8.0 Preview 1.0. Not repro on android ios platform with sample project.
