[Android] Shell.FlyoutIcon doesn't show correctly.

Description

When trying to replace the Shell's FlyoutIcon with a custom one while the page has a Shell.BackButtonBehavior, it gets hidden and doesn't show up. The page is within the shell. I've only tested on Android and iOS, and it works fine on iOS. I'm attaching a sample project and screenshots of the project.

Can repro this issue at Android platform on the latest 17.10 preview 2(8.0.14).

I just updated the MAUI NuGet from 8.0.7 to 8.0.14 and installed Visual Studio 2022 17.10.0 Preview 2, and the issue persists. I also added a new image of the expected behavior (image 3), where the desired icon is shown (which only appears if Shell.BackButtonBehavior is removed).
