Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy https://devdiv.visualstudio.com/Pkgs/_git/VS.TestAssets.Xaml?path=/Assets/Projects/ManualMauiTests to Windows.
2. Navigate to 'I CollectionView' ->'I8 headers and footers '
3. Open DataTemplate header and footer for Vertical list
4. Observed the page

Actual Behavior:
DataTemplate header and footer for Vertical list page no header and footer
