[iOS][9.0.30][CV1] The size of the `CollectionView` header is incorrect when it contains a `Binding` on an `IsVisible`

Description

The size of the CollectionView (CV1) header is incorrect when it contains a Binding on an IsVisible.

If we set False instead of using a Binding, the header gets the right size.

I've tried this with and without IsGrouped.

On Android, everything's fine.
