Reenable flaky UI test VerifyGraphicsViewWithoutGrayLine

Test VerifyGraphicsViewWithoutGrayLine , added/updated in #26368 is flaky and failing with unrelated PRs.

I have opened #27776 to mark it as flaky and ignore the results for now, but we need to look into making it better and reenable it.
