Description

I2 - Entering the vertical and horizontal lists again, Monkeys still retain the spacing value changed last time
Affected case:
I2 - Vertical list for ItemSpacing
I2 - Horizontal list for ItemSpacing

Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy https://devdiv.visualstudio.com/Pkgs/_git/VS.TestAssets.Xaml?path=/Assets/Projects/ManualMauiTests to iOS/MacCatalyst/Windows/Android platforms.
2. Click I2 -> Vertical list for ItemSpacing / Horizontal list for ItemSpacing
3. Change the Spacing value for example: 90 -> Click "Update"
4. The spacing between the Monkeys changes according to the set value.
5. Return to the previous page -> Re-enter
6. Observe the page display

Actual Behavior:
The page spacing value is: 0, but the monkey spacing still keeps the last changed value.

Expected Behavior:
The page spacing value is 0, and the monkey spacing value is also 0

Not a regression, The issue also repro on 9.0.40 & 9.0.0 & 8.0.100 & 8.0.3
