In order to make MCT successful early on we set enabled InternalsVisibleTo with MCT but this has led to occasional problems

This also indicates that there are APIs inside MAUI that 3rd party libraries can benefit from.

Our first step here should be to document the set of APIs that MCT is currently accessing that they need IVT for.

Yes please. We want to be able to use IResourcesProvider, IStyleSelectable, IStyleElement too like MCT does, without being forced to subclass VisualElement to have them implemented.
