Changing one CollectionView's ItemSpacing changes another CollectionView's ItemSpacing as well.

Description

If I define two CollectionViews without explicitly setting their ItemsLayout, and then change the ItemSpacing of the first CollectionView at runtime, the ItemSpacing of the second CollectionView also changes.

This issue has been verified in Visual Studio 17.14.0 Preview 4.0 for windows and Visual Studio Code 1.99.3 with MAUI versions (9.0.0, 9.0.70 & 8.0.100). It can be reproduced on Windows, iOS, macOS and Android platform.

Note: In iOS, this issue happens in both CV1 and CV2
