[iOS] Flyout icon not replaced by back button when root page is changed using InsertPageBefore

Description

When using the InsertPageBefore method to change the root page in a NavigationPage, the flyout icon in the navigation bar is not updated.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run the attached sample. InsertPageBeforeSample.zip
2. Tap the InsertPageBefore button.

Actual Result: The flyout icon remains visible.

Expected Result: The flyout icon should change to a back button.
