[Android] Opening the selection list in the Picker control blocks the system Back button, preventing navigation.

Description

Displaying the Picker dropdown prevents the system Back button from functioning as expected.
Problem starts with 9.0.80 and it's present on 9.0.70

Steps to Reproduce

Deploy the attached sample, you can observe the issue, observe that problems starts when you open up picker list.

This issue has been verified in Visual Studio Code 1.101.0 with MAUI versions 9.0.0, 9.0.70, 9.0.80 & 9.0.81. It can be reproduced on Android platform from MAUI versions 9.0.80.
