Performance issue with CollectionView when using spacing

Description

When using Spacing for LinearItemsLayout or GridItemsLayout the scrolling experience is acting funny even though the inside of DataTemplate is simple. When you remove spacing it scrolls smoothly. Try it in the attached repo. When you start scrolling on Android it doesn't smoothly scroll until it stops slowly but it somehow stops randomly.

This issue has been verified in Visual Studio Code 1.102.2 with MAUI versions (9.0.0 & 9.0.90). It can be reproduced on the Android platform in both release and debug builds.
