• Using a custom TitleBar and Modal Navigation causes an error while closing the app.

Error message: Invalid window; it belongs to other thread.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Clone the linked repository.
2. Set Windows as the platform target.
3. Build and run the project.
4. Click the Navigate action button to modally push the page onto the navigation stack.
5. Click the Back button to return to the home page.
6. Close the app now, which will cause the mentioned error to occur.

This issue has been validated in Visual Studio Insiders 11123.170 with MAUI versions 9.0.0, 9.0.30, 9.0.40 and 9.0.120. It can be reproduced from MAUI version 9.0.40 on Windows platform.
