[Android, iOS, Mac] Entry ClearButton not visible on dark theme Change

Description

When TextColor is not specified and the theme is switched between dark and light (and vice versa), the clearButton color in the Entry does not update correctly.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run the attached sample ClearButtonIssue.zip
2. Focus the Entry to show the clear button in light theme
3. Tap the "Dark Theme" button to switch to dark theme
4. Observe that the clear button is no longer visible

This issue has been validated in Visual Studio Code 1.106.3 with MAUI versions 9.0.0, 9.0.120, 10.0.0, 10.0.10 and 10.0.11. It can be reproduced on Android, iOS and Mac platforms.
