Description

Dotnet bot image is not showing up when using iOS 26 and macOS 26.1.

Notes:

1. The issue doesn't reproduce on the macOS 15.6:

2. It also doesn't reproduce on iOS 18.5:

3. This doesn't reproduce on macOS 26 using Maui Control version 9.0.120:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy https://github.com/dotnet/maui/tree/main/src/Controls/tests/ManualTests on iOS 26/macOS 26.1 platform.
2. Go to G Commands > G8 - ShellTitleView command binding not working.
3. Notice that there's no dotnet bot image on the title bar of the page.

Actual Behavior:
There's no dotnet bot image on the title bar of the page.

Is this a regression from previous behavior?

Yes, this is a regression. The issue does not repro on iOS 18.5 & macOS 15.6.

This issue has been validated in Visual Studio Code 1.106.3 with MAUI versions 9.0.120, 10.0.0-preview1, 10.0.0-rc.2, 10.0.10, 10.0.11 & 10.0.20-ci.main.25576.3. It can be reproduced on MacOS and iOS 26 in(10.0.11 & 10.0.20-ci.main.25576.3.) and was not reproducible below 10.0.11 versions
