[iOS/Mac] CollectionView2 EmptyView takes up large horizontal space even when the content is small

Description

While testing the issues, I found that in CollectionView2 in both iOS and Mac, it takes large horizontal space

Repro the issue using the below one in hostapp

This issue has been validated in Visual Studio Code 1.107.0 using the HostApp with the latest .NET MAUI source. It can be reproduced on the iOS and macOS platform.
