TapGesture Bindings broken inside CollectionView with .NET 10

Description

Since the upgrade to .NET 10, the TapGesture Bindings with relative source to the page/view inside a CollectionView are broken. Tested with Android and iOS.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use a DTO/Model Class for the CollectionView and use it as CommandParameter in a TapGesture that bainds to the Page BindingContext

Yes, this used to work in .NET MAUI

So, basically you need to add x:DataType="{x:Null}"

@kubaflo works with Android at least. Can test iOS later as well. May I ask why this works? Is there something wrong with the generation of the Binding? Would help to understand it so I can work around it - currently at App 1/37 with the .NET 10 upgrade and was caught a bit off guard seeing that most of my pages are broken because of it.

This issue has been validated in Visual Studio Code 1.107.1 with MAUI versions 10.0.20, 10.0.0, 10.0.0-rc.2, 10.0.0-Preview1, and 9.0.120. It is reproducible on the Android platform.

Note : <MauiEnableXamlCBindingWithSourceCompilation>true</MauiEnableXamlCBindingWithSourceCompilation> commenting out this line works fine in both .NET 9 and .NET 10

No, the issue does not exist in 9.0.120. At least for me. This issue also affect iOS not just Android.
