Description

SearchBar does not display search icon

Affected Test Case:
I5 - EmptyView String for Filtering
I5 - EmptyView with multiple views for Filtering.
I5 - EmptyView with EmptyViewTemplate for Filtering.
I5 - EmptyView with EmptyViewTemplate for Data template selector.
I5 - EmptyView swap for Filtering.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy ManualMaui to Android platform.
2. Navigate to I CollectionView ->I5 EmptyView ->I5 - EmptyView String for Filtering
3. Observe the search bar

Actual Behavior:
SearchBar does not display search icon.

Expected Behavior:
A search icon is displayed to the left of the search bar.

Is this a regression from previous behavior?

Yes, this is a regression. The issue does not repro on 10.0.20.

This issue has been validated in Visual Studio Code 1.108.0 with MAUI versions 10.0.30-ci.inflight.25629.2, 10.0.30-ci.main.26062.3 & 10.0.20. It can be reproducible on Android platform in 10.0.30-ci.inflight.25629.2 version and was not reproducible in (10.0.30-ci.main.26062.3 & 10.0.20).

@Winnie-ZLR It seems this issue occurs on the inflight branch and has already been addressed through this PR in the candidate branch.
