Maui 10 iOS TimePicker Strange Characters in place of AM/PM

Description

After installing an update to the app, even when deploying from Visual Studio debug builds, sometimes the TimePicker shows odd characters in place of AM/PM. We don't have any Format set so its defaulting to "t".

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install an update to your existing app.
2. Go to a page with a TimePicker
3. Occasionally you'll see odd characters where AM/PM should be.

Uninstalling/reinstalling the app seems to fix it. Force closing & reopening also fixes it.

This issue has been validated in Visual Studio Code 1.108.1 and Visual Studio 18.1.1 with MAUI versions 10.0.0-preview1, 10.0.0-preview2, 10.0.10 & 10.0.30:. It can be reproducible from 10.0.0-preview2 on iOS platform. I have attached the snap output and IosPickerSample.zip for reference :

Thanks for creating a repo. However this DOES happen on iOS 26, on an actual device. If you look at my first screen shot you can see the toolbar buttons are Glass style. It looks like your iOS 26 is a simulator.
