Description
After installing an update to the app, even when deploying from Visual Studio debug builds, sometimes the TimePicker shows odd characters in place of AM/PM. We don't have any Format set so its defaulting to "t".
Steps to Reproduce
- Install an update to your existing app.
- Go to a page with a TimePicker
- Occasionally you'll see odd characters where AM/PM should be.
Uninstalling/reinstalling the app seems to fix it. Force closing & reopening also fixes it.
