[iOS] Color of the checkBox control is not properly worked on dynamic scenarios

Description

When color of the checkbox is changed to null dynamically , it does not change to default color, it retains with the Old Color applied in iOS.

This issue has been validated in Visual Studio Code 1.109.5 with MAUI versions 10.0.0 and 10.0.41. It can be reproducible on the iOS and Mac platforms.

This issue isn’t actually valid. In Styles.xaml, the initial value of CheckBox.Color is defined as
{AppThemeBinding Light={StaticResource Primary}, Dark={StaticResource White}}.

The code‑behind then overrides this value by setting the color to Colors.Red, which breaks the AppThemeBinding. When the code later sets the color to null, it does not restore the original binding. Because the binding has already been replaced, there’s no reason to expect the control to return to its initial theme‑based state.
