Description

After selecting one of these two lists and clicking the 'Done' button, it will take a long time (about 20 seconds) to execute the action.
Affected Test Cases: I9_Scrolling-Snap points

Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy ManualMaui to macOS platform (Release > Start without debugging)
2. Navigate to I9_Scrolling-Snap points
3. Select one of item from SnapPointsType or SnapPointsAlignment, then click "Done" button.

Actual Behavior:
After click 'Done' button, it will take a long time (about 20 seconds) to execute the action.

Is this a regression from previous behavior?

Yes, this is a regression. The issue doesn't reproduced on 10.0.50, 10.0.40, 9.0.120.

This issue has been validated in Visual Studio Code 1.111.0 with .NET MAUI versions 10.0.50-ci.inflight.26159.1, 10.0.0, 10.0.40, and 10.0.50. The issue is reproducible on the Catalyst platform across all these versions in CV2(both release and debug mode). However, in CV1 the issue is not reproducible on any of the tested versions.
