There's a big space at the top for I, M and N2 & N3

Affected Test Case:
All I, M, N2 & N3 test cases

Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy ManualMaui to Android
2. Navigate to 'I CollectionView', 'M CarouselView' or 'N2 ScrollView (N2 & N3)'
3. Open any page (ex. 'I Collection View' -> I1_Layout -> Vertical List Text)

Actual Behavior:
Notice that there's a big space at the Top

Expected Behavior:
There should no spaces at the Top

Yes, this is a regression on 10.0.50-ci.inflight.26165.6, this does not reproduce on 10.0.50-ci.inflight.26159.1 and 10.0.40

This issue has been validated in Visual Studio Code 1.111.0 with .NET MAUI versions 10.0.50-ci.inflight.26165.6, 10.0.50-ci.inflight.26159.1 & 10.0.50. It can be reproducible on Android platform in 10.0.50-ci.inflight.26165.6 version .

@Ayemeri This issue was observed on the inflight/candidate branch and has already been fixed by the commits in PR #34453. After merging this PR, the issue no longer occurs.
