Based on the conflicts and number of commits seems that something is wrong. Maybe the target was main? Needs rebase to fix conflicts, etc.

Fixes Android UiTest from this PR: #28485. Some Android devices don't support swipe-back gesture navigation, so before attempting it, we should check if that is the case
