Conduct manual testing for the recent change (COM support for clr4 in task host enabled via PR #13033) using the custom task with COM enabled as implemented in WebTools.
Test context:
Make experimental insertion of WebTools: https://dev.azure.com/devdiv/DevDiv/_git/WebTools/pullrequest/701336 in VS.
Make sure COM activation/translation is executed successfully in the out-of-proc task host.
Validate the end-to-end execution with COM enabled on the custom task in WebTools.
