Binlog redacting - Add basic support for automatic detection of sensitive data (tokens) patterns

Context

Initial version of autodetecting some sensitive data patterns (tokens, usernames, emails etc.)
This will serve as a foundation for possible cooperation with other internal teams with domain expertise in data classification/ handling.

Goal

• Interface for redacting data, pluggability
• Implementation of sample redactors
• Opt-in/-out ability via CLI, configurability (API/CLI)

Nee a better formalization (plus documentation) of pluggability functionality. + option for code-less pluggability (just config pointing to assembly+type)
