@BrzVlad This must be a different error. The test is failing to establish a TLS connection with TLS 1.0 and 1.1. The same test succeeds with TLS 1.2 and 1.3. It is interesting that the test is only failing with CoreCLR and not with MonoVM.

Note this test is failing more frequently on emulators.
