macOS 26 queues are stale

I just noticed this in a pipeline run:

Console log: 'System.Net.NetworkInformation.Functional.Tests' from job 4df0272e-bdca-4c6e-a692-7ac182c08f01 workitem 83b1cb61-0cdf-4042-a575-4980d304f996 (osx.26.arm64.open) executed on machine dci-macm1-build-003 running macOS-26.0.1

26.0.1 is now ancient and missing a bunch of security fixes. These queues need to be updated monthly as a general practice.
