The test passes locally, so it appears there is some sort of issue getting it to run properly on helix.

@janvorli do you want to take a look?

I don't see anything codegen related here, so will reclassify.

@AndyAyersMS have you tried to enable the test in the lab or just tried to ran it locally? Maybe it got fixed in the meanwhile. If you haven't tried to run it in the lab, I'll give it a try myself.
