First public release of CICE_GI, a research fork of the CICE sea-ice model configured for Antarctic fast-ice applications.

Purpose

CICE_GI provides a modified CICE workflow for simulations in which grounded-iceberg and landmask treatments are used to improve the representation of Antarctic fast ice. This release establishes the first citable baseline for the model configuration used in this study.

Scope of this release
