mi - The interactive file mover

"mi" opens an editor with a list of arguments, preceded by a
hash key for each. Edit an argument to rename the
corresponding file.

Prerequisites:

	o GNU sh compatible shell
	o sha1sum
	o an editor (configurable via the environment
	  variable EDITOR)
