Apply changes:

python backfill_yaml.py --vault_root "C:\path\to\vault" --uuid7_script "\path\to\tools_uuid7.py" --apply

Apply with a cap:

python backfill_yaml.py --vault_root "C:\path\to\vault" --uuid7_script "\path\to\tools_uuid7.py" --apply --max_files 50
