Description
This is a continuation of #7.
In order to automatically trigger an IP Due Diligence Process on a library that needs further review (identified by the Eclipse Dash tool), a GitHub workflow should be run on every push/pull and integrate Eclipse Dash to automatically submit review requests according to:
