Should we continue to use central-publishing-maven-plugin ? #1743
Description
We recently migrate from OSSHR (which reach End of Life) to Maven Central :

But after some exchange with sonatype, central-publishing-maven-plugin license is very unclear.

I just open this issue to keep in mind that we keep an eye on that.
Meaning watch if sonatype will really clean that license mess OR if we should migrate to an alternative like eclipse/central-staging-plugins
