[Bug] Missing 1.8.0 tag #1228

Describe the bug
It seems that zenoh 1.8.0 was released (see https://github.com/eclipse-zenoh/zenoh/releases/tag/1.8.0) but there is no 1.8.0 tag for zenoh-c or zenoh-cpp .
To reproduce
Go to https://github.com/eclipse-zenoh/zenoh/tags and compare with https://github.com/eclipse-zenoh/zenoh-c/tags and https://github.com/eclipse-zenoh/zenoh-cpp/tags .
System info
This is not a system-related problem.
