Error on wayland

The wayland QPA plugin is currently handling it by setting the parent to the topmost grabbing popup. Note, however, that this may cause positioning errors and popups closing unexpectedly. Please fix the transient parent of the popup.

Many uses of this are wrong, I plan on correcting this issue

Just wanted to let you know that the issue still persist with the latest git commit. Program works as intended so no worries.
