how to enable openai proxy

I notice that there is openai_proxy option in yai.json. But it does nothing when I have set it.
It still uses the default openai url:

The solution is:

1. assign the url to clientConfig.BaseURL
2. must add /v1 postfix. I don't know why, but the url doesn't consist of v1 when using proxy.
