BWC tests execute in phases where the
OLDphase indexes data to an older version cluster and theUPGRADEDphase upgrades the cluster and checks the existence of previously indexed data.These
UPGRADEDphase tests were failing because theOLDphase tests were muted, resulting in not data found in the upgraded cluster. The failingOLDphase tests were fixed in PR#111456. TheUPGRADEDphase tests can be unmuted now.Closes #111434
